Bamah by the Ocean is a boutique eco lodge in Morocco built for surfers, artists and contemporary pilgrims. Intentionally designed with peaceful rooms and creative studio space.

We share with you how to fall in love with surfing because we have seen the power of movement change lives. We guide you in the practice of making art because we believe beauty can change the world.
Days of Bamah are curated stays at our family ambience house, focused on surf coaching, creative mentoring and nature adventures between mountains and ocean. With authentic moroccan hospitality we care about deep sleep, nourishing food and wild experiences, so you can release what is holding you back from the life you seek.

Days of Bamah come around in a 7-day or 3-day experience of surf coaching I art mentoring I nature and wellness.
The activities are framed by comfort accommodation, healthy meals, beach tranports, quality equipment, nature and cultural excursions, special workshops and atmospheric evenings around the fire with storys and singing.

At the end of the rainbow.
Descending the hills of Aghroud, one finds a charming arrangement of beach houses in all the colours of the rainbow, nestled between palm trees along the soft sand dunes of Desert Beach. “Colour Village” is full of singing birds, wall art and a very laid-back surf vibe. Here, surfers and creatives still have time, space and the chance to create a culture that respects what has existed before, while bringing something new.
The Lodge is set on a secluded mountain plateau overlooking Dolphin-Bay with its wild beachbreak and the scenic waves of the Desert-Point reef.
Sourounded by the impressive Anti-Atlas mountainrange and century old Argan trees, this is a slow paced place of narrow paths, flocks of free sheep and a quiet life that feels archaic; untouched by time.
Along the coastline of southern Moroccos iconic waves, lies the undiscovered Amazigh settlement of Aghroud.

One of our core values for the art of a balanced life is to integrate rhythmic movement as a daily practice. A paddle of hours feels like bliss in the fresh water of the indigo blue ocean. When a wave carries you into that glide and you start to walk on water, every pain washes away and your body is allowed to simply feel.
The constant rhythm of joy while riding nature comes from a natural explosion of dopamine and adrenaline in every cell of the body. It is a pure gift of the creator, but at the same time you worked hand in hand and earned it by moving beyond your capacity. We are shaping a new body, where trauma is replaced by flexibility. We move forward.

Presence comes from awareness of the beauty in the environment surrounding us. We need emptiness, slowness and stillness to maintain a peaceful mind. The desert landscape of North Africa and the endless horizon of the Atlantic Ocean are the perfect empty canvas for your mind; to reflect on what is deep inside and what has had no space and time to breathe.

Our Process for your effortless arrival.

Text us to make an appointment for a call or a chat. Together we will discuss the best choices for your holiday with us including consultation about flights, the best season for you and insider Morocco tips. We can also offer you a custom package tailored to your specific needs.
If you already know what you would like to book move to step 02.

When you arrive at the Lodge, we will ask you to pay the remaining 50% in cash (Euro or local Dirham). If you want to avoid carrying cash, the full payment of your booking must be made via bank transfer latest 14 days prior to your arrival date.
For us, it’s not just a holiday that you book, but authentic hospitality that you can trust, backed by real care and our best effort.
Let us know via the online Booking Form, Email or Whatsapp wich dates, activity and room category you choose. We will answer within a few days. After you have received our offer with the final price, we will ask you to make a deposit payment of 50% of your booking. This payment is obligatory to make a valid reservation wich we will then confirm to you by an invoice.
